Each Mini Original drawing starts among the pages of Erica's sketchbook as a quick graphite drawing. From there each page of paper is hand torn to create the perfect size paper for each drawing. To add a little extra fun to each drawing small pools of watercolor are added to the paper forming fun shapes that are unique to each piece. The sketches are then transferred and hand drawn in graphite to creating a series of original drawings that are similar but each have their own individual personality.
The Rose is June's designated Birth Flower. The rose is one of the most well known and loved flower, toping the charts every year for sales. With a wide range of species and types of rose the symbolize differs depending on the type and color. Most often a bouquet of roses is known to symbolize sincere gratitude while a single rose amplifies the meaning of the color of the rose.
**Please note that due to the handmade quality of this product, size, color, and drawing can change from piece to piece. Each paper is approximately between 4x4" and 5x7" but the exact size will differ.
