Frequently Asked Questions
First off, I hope that you all are staying safe and healthy. Due to Covid-19 fabric products are taking longer than normal to ship. The US based fabric company that prints the fabric is currently taking precautions to keep their staff safe. Due to this all fabric orders could take 4+ weeks to turn around if the fabric is not currently in stock.
Shipping is also taking a bit longer than normal via USPS as well.
Any questions about the turn around time? Feel free to reach out and we will help to the best of our abilities!
How long will my order take?
Each product will have it's own turn around time dependent on what is needed.
- Paper products including cards, postcards, and prints normally take 3 days to make their way from the studio and to the post office.
- If the fabric for your product is in stock it normally takes between 3-5 days to get sewn and sent out from the studio. If the fabric for your order is not in stock, it takes 2-3 weeks to get the fabric, get it sewn and sent out.
- Products printed off site including mugs, phone cases and t-shirts, will take around 5 days to be printed and shipped out.
What if I need my order more quickly?
If you know you are on a short timeline please contact me! I can either offer you the products that are currently in stock or see if we can work out a way to get your product there for that special event. I also offer printable cards for you to print out and wrap to gift in place of the product itself. In this case I can send it directly to the gift receipt if needed after your product is ready to ship.
Do you do custom orders?
I absolutely do custom orders!! In fact I really love the chance to work on something new just for you. Whether its just changing the background color of a fabric, custom wall paper, or something larger it's always a fun time. If you have a custom order in mind feel free to contact me!
All custom orders are subject to design fees on top of the price dependent upon the extent of what you are wanting.
Where is the fabric printed for your products?
I work with US based printing company based in North Carolina. They work mostly with small and handmade business to offer custom wallpaper and fabric. If you are a crafter or DIY'er looking to purchase your own fabric follow the Fabric and Wallpaper tab in my shop.
How are the mugs, phone cases and products like that made?
All the Mugs, phone cases, and T-shirt's are printed in the US and then shipped to you. Due to the technology and machinery involved in these processes they are offered by a third party company.
How it works: you place an order through my shop, that order is then transferred to the printing company, then they make it and ship it straight to you! This means a faster turn around time, and less shipping cost! It's a win, win!
