Shipping Timelines

Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days from shipment date and priority shipping normally is 2-3 business days from shipment date.

How long will my order take?

Each product will have it's own turnaround time dependent on what is needed.

  • Paper products including cards, stickers, and prints: 3 -5 Business days 
  • Custom Name Prints: 5-8 Business days
  • Framed Prints: 5-8 Business days
  • Original artwork (ready to ship): 3-5 Business days
  • Fully Custom artwork varies.

What if I need my order more quickly?

If you know you are on a short timeline please contact me! I can either offer you the products that are currently in stock or see if we can work out a way to get your product there for that special event. I also offer printable cards for you to print out and wrap to gift in place of the product itself. In this case the order can be sent directly to the gift receipt if needed after your product is ready to ship.

Do you do custom orders?

I absolutely do custom orders!! In fact I really love the chance to work on something new just for you. Whether it's just changing the background color of a fabric, custom wall paper, or something larger it's always a fun time. If you have a custom order in mind feel free to contact me!

All custom orders are subject to design fees on top of the price dependent upon the extent of what you are wanting. 

What type of paper do you use for your prints?

Each Erica Catherine Illustration print is created in Erica's studio and printed on high-quality, 100% Recycled Cotton Rag Matte Fine art paper. These prints echo the texture of the original watercolor paper, bringing a cozy warmth to your space and maintaining their vivid hues for years.

Do you offer custom framing?

A small selection of framing options are kept on hand in the studio including the "Signature Frame" and the "Glass Float Frame." If you'd like to have something one of a kind created for a special piece please reach out to discuss what this process looks like.
