Freshly Picked Summer Collection

Collection leaves mid September 2026. Pick these blooms while they last.

The Milkweed has gained fame for its crucial role in revitalizing the Monarch Butterfly population. This vibrant plant is a cornerstone of North America's native ecosystems. Although it serves as a host only to a select few insects from egg to adulthood, over 450 different insect species are drawn to its bright blooms. This includes the majestic Monarch butterfly, as well as bees, wasps, moths, hummingbirds, and beetles. However, due to modern roadside landscaping and agricultural practices, many wildflower habitats are disappearing, taking with them vital segments of insect populations. Thinking of adding these to your garden? With a wide variety of species, they can bring vibrancy and life to any garden.

The freshly picked collection joyfully celebrates the vibrant life blooming around us with the changing seasons. Featuring bright florals and fruits, alongside earthy fungi and ferns, this series captures the essence of the season and the cherished memories it brings. Each illustration, like a fleeting moment, is available only during its specific blooming period, symbolizing the transient beauty of nature.

Each Original drawing begins its life as a quick sketch by Erica in her sketchbook. Each sheet is individually torn rather than cut, to preserve the originality of each page. To add a touch of whimsy, small pools of watercolor are added on the paper in shapes that compliment the specific flower. The sketches are then transferred and hand drawn in graphite, creating a series of original drawings that are similar but each have their own individual personality.
