The Snowdrop is the January Birth Flower and one of the first flowers to bloom in the year. It emerges from the snow with it's little bell shaped flowers bowing as it grows. The snowdrop is often seen as symbolizing hope because of its growth through the harsh snowy conditions of the winter. Each original drawing starts with a sketch in my sketchbook, then each piece of paper is hand torn to form the perfect size for each drawing. To add a little extra fun to each piece, small pools of watercolor are added to the paper forming fun shapes that are unique to each art work. The sketches are then transferred and hand drawn in graphite creating a series of unique drawings that are similar but each have their own individual personality.
**Please note that due to the handmade quality of this product, size, color, and drawing can differ from piece to piece. Each paper is approximately between 5x7" but the exact size will differ.
